| Customer Care Representative |
| Responsible For: Answering phones and assisting customers. Assisting technicians in the field with customer information. General office duties such as filing, invoicing, billing, mail, data entry, and other assigned tasks. |
| Data Entry |
| Responsible For: Entering customer information and invoices into database. Updating and correcting customer information in database. Pull workload for departments and verify. |
| Human Resources |
| Responsible For: Receiving resumes and applications from potential employees. Initiating a background check and drug testing. Filing all necessary paperwork with federal and state agencies. Filing all insurance forms. Maintaining company to employee relationships. |
| Accounts Receivable |
| Responsible For: Receiving payment from customers and recording payment. Making bank deposit after all payments are received. Calling customers who are past due. Generate reports for all accounts that are past due. |
| Accounts Payable |
| Responsible For: Paying vendors in a timely manor. Managing vendor invoices and files. Making sure a purchase order number is provided for all purchases. |
| Payroll |
| Responsible For: Gathering time cards and weekly sales sheets to generate payroll. Providing information to payroll company so checks can be generated. Pass out paychecks to employees and handle any discrepancies. |
| Purchasing Agent |
| Responsible For: Purchasing all supplies for technicians and warehouse stock. Finding best pricing on all items company purchases. Make sure a purchase order number is assigned to all purchases. |
| Warehouse |
| Responsible For: Organizing warehouse and informing purchasing agent when stock is low. Checking out items to technicians and making sure stock requisition forms are filled out. Testing and recharging fire extinguishers. Run vehicles out for maintenance if needed. |
| Vehicle Maintanence |
| Responsible For: Assigning vehicles to technicians. Collecting vehicle reports from technicians. Maintaining reports and ordering repairs for vehicles. Keep files for D.O.T. purposes. Maintain insurance and licensing for all vehicles. |
| Scheduling |
| Responsible For: Calling customers to set appointments for service. Provide daily schedule for technicians. Taking emergency calls and assigning work to technicians in the field. Assisting technicians in the field with customer information. |

| Responsible For: Testing, recharging, and installing fire extinguishers. .Testing alarm panels and alarm devices. Testing fire sprinkler systems. |
| Hood Suppression System Technician |
| Responsible For: Testing, recharging, and installing fire extinguishers. Testing fire sprinkler systems. Testing plus recharging of restaurant hood and industrial paint booth fire suppression systems. |
| Hood Cleaning Technician |
| Responsible For: Cleaning restaurant hood, duct and fan assemblies. Repairing restaurant hood fans. |
| Hood Suppression System Installer |
| Responsible For: Installing restaurant hood and industrial paint booth fire suppression systems. Providing final function test and certification of installed systems. Testing plus recharging of restaurant hood and industrial paint booth fire suppression systems. |
| Fire Suppression System Designer |
| Responsible For: Using CAD and other programs to design fire suppression systems for restaurant hoods and industrial paint booths. Submit plans to city building department for approval. Pick up approved plans from city and assign work to installer technicians. |
| Alarm Installer |
| Responsible For: Installation of fire alarm systems and devices. Troubleshooting and repairing fire alarm systems and devices. Testing and certification of fire alarm systems and devices. |
| Alarm System Designer |
| Responsible For: Using CAD and other programs to design alarm systems for commercial structures. Submit plans to city building department for approval. Pick up approved plans from city and assign work to installer technicians. |
| Backflow Technician |
| Responsible For: Testing, repairing and installing backflow prevention assemblies. Filling out reports for backflow and submitting them to proper authorties. |
